Returns Information
All items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. After 30 days, customers must contact the product manufacturer to resolve any issues. We do not accept returns
under any circumstances for orders after 30 days.
Customers are responsible for paying the return postage costs. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit. For this reason we strongly recommend
that you insure your return. Refunds are only issued once the item has been received at our returns processing centers.
Return Procedure
Please follow this return procedure to ensure that you receive prompt service. Failure to comply will result in delays in processing your return claim.
- Locate your packing slip and complete the return information request.
- Send your items back insured and with tracking.
- In some situations a restocking fee may be applied. Please note, all special orders and custom framed art is non-returnable.
- Return the products to the CORRECT address. Items should be returned as follows:
All items need to be returned to the the correct address within 30 days of receipt. Jewelry must be returned within 10 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Follow the
directions on the packing slip as there are different return addresses depending on the warehouse that shipped the item, and the product must be returned to the correct
address for a refund. Your packing slip will contain the correct returns information for your order.
